River Oaks Mayor Spoke at

A. V. Cato Elementary

River Oaks Mayor, Herman Earwood, was invited to speak to the A. V. Cato Student Council members who were running for office. 

All officer positions were open and Mayor Earwood gave the students an insight on campaigning and the responsibility of holding a position as an officer. Mayor Earwood was on the campus Monday, November 3, 2008.
