Chair exercises done mostly from a sitting position in the chair, while 
viewing a large format video. Optional 1 pound & 2 pound weights and exercise pipes are
 used to strengthen major areas of the neck, shoulders, back, arms and 
hands.
Every major part of the body is exercised using this program. An excellent workout.
